The 6" Spacer is excellent in situations where the hardware on a Sonar Flange interferes with the hardware on the Z-Pole. The hole feature allows for cable routing though the center of the Z-Pole. Kit includes a 5.3" Double Flange for mounting to existing Z-Pole.
All USM 4-Hole Adapters interface with any USM Z-Pole.
